Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME FRAME
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier from our fulfillment center. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 3-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. If it has been longer than 7 business days and you haven't received a tracking number email or SMS notification from us - Submit a Request
Check out these helpful dedicated request forms as you may find a quicker & easier way to get the results for your request with the information on our website:
- Change Request Form: Any orders that have already been picked, packed or shipped CAN NOT be changed or canceled. At this phase, you would have to return the package back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy.
- Online Returns Portal: Start the returns process by putting in a request for a RMA#
- Confirm My Return: If you've already shipped back your return items and would like to expedite the return process, fill out this form.
- Verify Contact Information Form: If you are unable to locate the confirmation email/SMS for your order, our customer care team will be able to verify if we can find an active order for you and make sure you receive the confirmation notification.
