Our Prevention Policy for COVID-19
Check out these helpful dedicated request forms as you may find a quicker & easier way to get the results for your request with the information on our website:
- Prioritize My Order Form: If it has been over 7 days and you are wondering where your package is you can fill this out. Once you fill out this form our customer care team will be able to help assist our warehouse team with getting your package out. Click here to read more on how to track your package
- Change Request Form: Any orders that have already been picked, packed or shipped CAN NOT be changed or canceled. At this phase, you would have to return the package back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy.
- Online Returns Portal: Start the returns process by putting in a request for a RMA#
- Confirm My Return: If you've already shipped back your return items and would like to expedite the return process, fill out this form.
- Verify Contact Information Form: If you are unable to locate the confirmation email/SMS for your order, our customer care team will be able to verify if we can find an active order for you and make sure you receive the confirmation notification.
