Store Return Policy

All returns are automatically refunded via store credit, provided in the form of an Energy Fit Wear Store Credit Gift Card sent to your original contact method via email and/or SMS.

To initiate a return, please access our Online Returns Portal and submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, and deodorant, and must include original tags.
  • All returns are processed as store credit unless an exchange is requested via a note to the return team. We cannot guarantee an exchange if the requested item is out of stock. In such cases, you will automatically receive store credit.
  • Returns are processed within 7-21 business days after items are received at our Return Center.

How to Return Your Items

When mailing your return, please ensure your package is secure and includes the original packing slip or order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to guarantee successful delivery. Mail your return to:

Incorrect or Missing Items

Received an incorrect or incomplete order? Email us at customercare@energyfitwear.com within 3 business days of delivery. Our team will review your request and contact you back

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

Your package may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package.
  • The package was refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned packages will be restocked, and store credit will be issued. If you'd like the order reshipped, please email us at customercare@energyfitwear.com with the correct address. To avoid delivery issues, ensure your address is entered correctly with all relevant information (apartment/unit numbers, abbreviations, etc.).

Exchanges

We are unable to guarantee availability of styles and sizes by the time returned items reach our Return Center. Therefore, we do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we encourage you to return the item for store credit and place a new order for your desired item.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and successfully processed, we will issue store credit via email and/or SMS. Returns are processed within 7-14 business days from the date your package is delivered to our Return Center.

Additional Return Guidelines

  • We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed for more than 2 hours. For urgent requests, email us at customercare@energyfitwear.com.
  • We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns at any time due to excessive returns history, wardrobing, or evidence of worn, altered, or damaged items.
  • Items that are not from Energy Fit Wear and sent to our Return Center will be discarded.
