Love this watch. Went to one meal a day. Was great to watch blood pressure as I stopped d as ll meds. No more blood pressure meds. Lost 35 pounds in six weeks. Feel great get rid of your Doctors there worthless if you wanting be healthy even my blood sugar is normal. You can keep track of most important health numbers. They’re all the same so don’t pay more then $25 for this product. Only improvement would be to be able to test blood sugar. You need this watch if you want health over pills and more pills.

I really like this health watch. Don’t be fooled. All the watches are the same made from the same technology at mostly the same factories in China. The faces are the same and functionaly the same. No reason to pay ?50 or more for thus watch. You can get it for $22. Don’t over pay. I check my blood pressure many times while stopping my blood pressure meds. I really like this watch. The other functions are available on smart watch but blood pressure really important for people with this kind of use. I would definitely purchase again.

Directions are too small to read!!! I bought this as a gift, and I was a little embarassed. You can not even read the directions!! Is there a website that you can read???? It also said you can get readings directly to your phone, but did not explain how to do that. Please clarify how to do this.

Really like it. 1 - it doesn't do very well at sleep data as one night I was up for 4 hours it said I was sleeping. 2 - it has lost Bluetooth connection and was frustrating to re-link as I had to start process from watch not phone. 3 - is there a stretch band for it? That would be more comfortable. 4 - I can't use my charging station to charge it. Had to find other source. Overall I do like it, just annoying quirks.
