Shipping Policy

GENERAL

To ensure that your package properly arrives to you within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is accurately entered and included all required information. The use of correct abbreviations & postal codes, street numbers, apartment numbers and any other specific delivery instructions is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We don't take responsibility for any lost, misplaced, or misrouted shipments if the shipping address information provided is incorrect or was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

We can only ship to PO Boxes for standard delivery. If you choose expedited delivery it must not be a PO Box.

PROCESSING TIME FRAME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up by the shipping carrier from our fulfillment center. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 4-8 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

Please expect delays in processing time frame during the month of November and December

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if: 
-An address is invalid or missing information
-The carrier is unable to deliver your package
-The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit, unless you contact our customer care team and provide us with a correct address. You can reach out to us anytime by sending us an email to customercare@energyfitwear.com and we'll be able to investigate if your package was returned back to us due to an insufficient address. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery to address provided. 

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system after 6 hours an order is placed. In some very limited cases we may be able to, you must contact us at customercare@energyfitwear.com and we'll be able to determine.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the shipping carrier but you still have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Energy Fit Wear does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the shipping carrier confirms as being delivered. This must be filed with an investigation claim.
